Rangitāmiro is a public Upskills course funded by Te Puni Kōkiri for kaimahi Māori working in operational roles across many organisations and sectors.
A unique approach, blending confident knowledge of ‘Ko wai au?’ identity and culture with key tools for emerging leaders. These include self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and workflow efficiency frameworks.
This course is delivered with Te Ao Māori concepts front and centre including fostering cultural intelligence and confidence.
It is perfect for emerging leaders who whakapapa Māori and are ready to step up with the support of their workplace.
