Graduates from this programme will be able to:
- Identify personal home ownership considerations.
- Understand how Kiwi savers and mortgages can be used as financial tools towards home ownership.
- Work with a professional advisor to assist with the homeownership process
- Demonstrate knowledge of First Home Partner as a pathway to home ownership.
- Set a personal financial goal and take steps towards home ownership.
Format
The way in which we deliver this programme for your organisation is flexible depending on your needs. Groups of 6-10 learners are ideal for working through a 16-18 hour programme together. It can be delivered in weekly blocks of 2 hours or a more intensive programme, as you prefer. Training delivery is on-site at your organisation and we are able to provide this programme throughout the Greater Auckland area.
