This short, in-work course supports your Pacific people to understand the steps towards home ownership. Fully funded by MBIE and delivered in partnership with Tātaki Auckland Unlimited’s Project Ikuna programme.

Graduates from this programme will be able to:

Identify personal home ownership considerations.
Understand how Kiwi savers and mortgages can be used as financial tools towards home ownership.
Work with a professional advisor to assist with the homeownership process
Demonstrate knowledge of First Home Partner as a pathway to home ownership.
Set a personal financial goal and take steps towards home ownership.

Format

The way in which we deliver this programme for your organisation is flexible depending on your needs. Groups of 6-10 learners are ideal for working through a 16-18 hour programme together. It can be delivered in weekly blocks of 2 hours or a more intensive programme, as you prefer. Training delivery is on-site at your organisation and we are able to provide this programme throughout the Greater Auckland area.
